Terms & Conditions of Hire

  1. Acceptance of Booking
    These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Pete’s Airlink Ltd.
    A booking confirmation and these Terms & Conditions will be sent to the hirer. By accepting the
    booking confirmation, the hirer acknowledges that the booking details are correct, they have read
    and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and they accept responsibility for all passengers travelling
    under the booking.
  2. Passenger Conduct
    Animals: No animals are permitted to travel on our vehicles, except registered assistance dogs.
    The driver reserves the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.
    Alcohol: Alcohol must not be brought onto or consumed on any Pete’s Airlink Ltd vehicle unless
    prior written permission has been granted. No alcohol is permitted on journeys to or from any
    sporting event. The hirer shall be responsible for any fines, penalties, cleaning costs, repair costs,
    legal expenses or other losses arising from any breach.
    Smoking & Illegal Substances: Smoking (including vaping where prohibited) and the consumption
    or possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Any resulting fines, cleaning charges,
    repair costs or losses shall be the responsibility of the hirer.
  3. Driver Authority
    The driver is responsible for the safety and conduct of passengers and may refuse travel to, or
    remove, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive, intoxicated or in breach of these Terms &
    Conditions or statutory regulations. Damage caused by passengers will be charged to the hirer.
  4. Cancellation Policy
    Cancellation by Hirer: If cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, Pete’s Airlink Ltd reserves the
    right to retain any payments made.
    Cancellation by Pete’s Airlink Ltd: If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
  5. Route & Journey Variations
    Pete’s Airlink Ltd reserves the right to alter routes, pick-up times or journey schedules due to traffic,
    road closures, diversions, weather or other operational circumstances beyond our control.
  6. Drivers’ Hours
    Our drivers operate in accordance with UK and EU drivers’ hours regulations. Statutory breaks may
    be required during your journey. We will endeavour to minimise disruption wherever possible.
  7. Delays
    Whilst every effort is made to operate on schedule, delays caused by traffic, weather, road
    incidents, breakdowns or other circumstances beyond our control cannot be guaranteed against.
    We will endeavour to keep the hirer informed.
  8. Lost Property
    Lost property will be retained at our office for one month before being disposed of or donated.
    Pete’s Airlink Ltd accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal property. Luggage carried in
    trailers is entirely at the hirer’s own risk.
  9. Liability for Damage
    The hirer accepts responsibility for any damage, excessive cleaning or repair costs caused by
    passengers and agrees to reimburse Pete’s Airlink Ltd for all associated costs.
  10. Third-Party Operators
    Pete’s Airlink Ltd does not subcontract bookings to third-party operators.

    Complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days where they cannot be resolved
    immediately. Pete’s Airlink Ltd reserves the right not to engage with complaints first published on
    social media before the formal complaints procedure has been followed.
  12. General
    Pete’s Airlink Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version
    supplied with your booking confirmation shall apply to your booking.
